Tent building steps：

Step1: build the site sample and fixed base

According to the use of tent specifications, the size of the overall tent is to build the layout. First of all, all the base chassis must be on a horizontal line. Determine the position of all the bases and confirm before fixing the bases! (Note: there must be no buildings or vegetation on the site that would hinder the erection)

Step 2: Placement of materials

Referring to the installation instructions, the materials will be placed in the corresponding assemblies according to the connection of the components and their position.

Step 3: Combining the frame

1. Installation of the ridge joints and inclined beams: insert the ridge joints into the left and right inclined beams, then fasten them with bolts

2、Installation of load-bearing columns and inclined beams: assemble the load-bearing columns and inclined beams to align the holes and then fasten them with bolts

3、Installation of load-bearing columns and bases: align the pin holes of the built-in parts of the load-bearing columns and insert the cylindrical pins, then lock them with cotter locks, and so on, to complete the installation of all the connections on both sides.

Step 4: erecting the frame

Install the two lifting straps on the inclined beams respectively and erect the first group of frames with traction equipment (e.g. crane) through the correct and safe link between the traction shrinkage and the inclined beams, the other side must have a counter pull rope, one to prevent excessive traction and anti-tilt. (Note: when erecting the first set of frames, they must be fixed with cross braces)

Step 5: Installation of eaves and roofing square tubes

Hang one end of the eaves square tube with a bent hook into the corresponding U-buckle of the erected frame first, then lift the other end with a forked pole into the corresponding U-buckle (note: the left and right sides need to correspond), then hang all the eaves and roof square tubes in the same way.

Step 6: Installing the center and side columns of the wall

Align the inner end of the center column with the right angle upwards with the cylindrical hole in the ridge joint angle and bolt it in place. The bottom end should be attached to the base and locked in place with a cylindrical pin, then install the side columns in the same way (note: do not fix the base first). After installation then adjust the center and side columns according to the flatness of the erection site, when maintaining a parallel and stable state then base fixing!

Finally, as long as the tarp is installed, the tension rod is threaded into the side groove under the side wall or mountain wall tarp, both sides are fixed on the base, and a full inspection is carried out, and the tent can be completed!
