Aluminum alloy A-frame rest tent with spans from 10-40 meters, 5m modular length extension, column-free interior for open space. Wind load up to 120km/h, snow load up to 1.5kN/m². Suitable for construction sites, mining, infrastructure projects for worker rest, dining, and safety training. Foundation-free setup, relocatable, with customizable configurations for hot, rainy, cold, and typhoon-prone climates.

Workers on site need a place to eat and rest during breaks, shelter from rain, and protection from wind and cold in autumn and winter. When rest areas are too basic, workers don't recover properly – productivity drops in the afternoon, and safety risks go up.
The worker rest tent is designed to solve this problem. No concrete foundation required, no complicated permits – just level ground and it's ready to go. The interior has no columns, so tables and chairs can be arranged freely. The PVC scrim fabric provides effective sun and rain protection, and with the optional insulated roof, summer heat is significantly reduced. The 6061-T6 aluminum alloy frame is corrosion-resistant and won't rust. When one project finishes, it can be dismantled and moved to the next site – one investment, multiple uses, significantly lowering temporary site costs.
The tent works on any site, but specifications should be matched to the local climate.
Hot Climates (Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia)
Strong sunlight and high ground temperatures. Choose light-colored reflective cover fabric with an insulated roof, and keep eave height at 4m or above to allow hot air to escape, effectively lowering interior temperatures and reducing heat buildup.
Rainy and Humid Climates (Tropical Monsoon Regions, Islands)
Frequent rainfall and high humidity. The A-frame roof drains water efficiently with no pooling or leaks; the cover fabric is treated with anti-mold protection to prevent mildew in damp conditions; sidewalls can be rolled up for ventilation and moisture control.
Cold and Snowy Climates (Northern Europe, Canada, High-Altitude Mining Sites)
Extended periods of sub-zero temperatures and heavy snowfall. The frame can be reinforced to handle higher snow loads; double-layer insulated roof and insulated wall panels provide effective temperature retention; sidewalls can be fully enclosed to block cold winds.
Typhoon-Prone Coastal Areas
High salt spray and strong winds. The aluminum alloy frame resists salt corrosion; anchoring methods vary by ground type – expansion bolts for concrete, ground stakes for soil and grass, ballast weights for hard surfaces. Multiple anchoring options keep the structure secure even in typhoon conditions.

How many workers can it accommodate?
Capacity depends on the tent area. 100 sqm can comfortably hold 40-50 people. The number adjusts slightly if dining tables are added. Send us your headcount and we'll provide a free layout plan.
Do I need permits for installation?
As a temporary structure (not permanent construction), most regions do not require permits. Site regulations vary, so we recommend checking with local authorities beforehand.
How is it anchored?
Expansion bolts for concrete surfaces; ground stakes or ballast weights for soil and grass. Ballast weights won't damage the ground.
How long does it last?
The aluminum frame has a service life of 15+ years. The cover fabric typically lasts 5-8 years and can be replaced separately while the frame continues in use.
Can logos be printed on the cover?
Yes. Custom printing of company names, project names, and safety slogans is supported to reinforce site branding.
With 29 years in the aluminum alloy tent industry, we operate a 20,000 sqm manufacturing facility with ISO9001 and CE certifications, exporting to over 200 countries worldwide.
For both local and overseas projects, send us your site dimensions, headcount, and local climate conditions – we'll provide a customized layout plan and detailed quote promptly.
